The volume of live streaming video is growing. Each unique video stream typically requires an encoding ladder or profile, which encodes the video source into a “ladder” of increasing bitrates and resolutions suitable for Adaptive Bit Rate (ABR) packaging and streaming to a variety of devices, from 4K UHD TVs to smartphones.

NETINT’s unique innovations which combine our high performance ASIC-based video transcoding and encoding technology inside a PCIe U.2 form factor, combined with extending the NVMe interface for video processing control, formed the basis for our nomination by the NAB Show POTY judging committee.
NETINT will be showcasing our Codensity T400 Video Transcoder in our booth SU 13911 at the upcoming 2019 NAB Show, and we’ll keep our fingers crossed that the Codensity T400 will be announced as the award winner in the Business to Consumer streaming category during the POTY award ceremony on Wednesday April 10 in Las Vegas.
